No its not…. When you know that you have a stipulated time to finish a job then you must utilize internet wisely. If you feel theat internet can make u stick on to your chair, you can fix an alarm in your cellphone or watch. This would remind you the right time to get up from your seat. Put alram a min or 2 faster..

I think internet is an attractive-distraction! I know it sounds funny, but if you have a close look at all that you have done today, you would notice that you had few more mouse-clicks and few more pages downloaded. Agreed that they are all good and helped you build something more, but may be that’s not what you had logged on for! I believe, it keeps me stuck to my chair far more strongly than a adhesive!
